Blown engine at Mason City ends Crapser's Memorial Day plans

Cory Crapser and the Crapser Racing team kicked off the Memorial Day Weekend with a special "Salute to Heroes" deisgn on the No. 07 MBCustoms machine at the Mason City Motor Speedway in Mason City, Iowa, on Thursday, May 26.

While the car was working well and getting stronger, the "B" Main saw the engine under the hood go up in smoke and his night came to an early end. With the team unable to get the engine repaired, that put an end to the racing weekend for the team.

Up next, Crapser travels to the Cedar Lake Speedway in New Richmond, Wis., on Saturday, June 4.
